Raising a well-behaved child can definitely be one of the most difficult tasks for any parent, but an extremely important task. A well-behaved, disciplined child will be more likely to grow into a responsible adult, which is what every parent wants for their children. Children are children though, and they are going to misbehave from time to time. "How" we discipline when they misbehave is crucial to good child-rearing. Some parents believe that spanking a child for misbehavior is necessary to get them to mind. However, spanking doesn't work and it is a form of discipline that actually can evoke anger and physical aggression in the child. This article will give parents alternative disciplinary tactics that will work without using physical corporal punishments.

  1. I have enjoyed checking out your blog (s) they are very helpful, I live in a household of 5 children age 10 being the oldest, with 2 baby girls and 2 boys ages 7 and 6 both with ADHD!
